ONLINE RETURNS

  • Returns accepted for 7 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee

 

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to return your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund*.

*Including sale items. 
*Excluding jewellery, for hygiene reasons. 

To return your order you can email us, write to us or fill in the slip on your paperwork and include it in your returns parcel. Always be sure that your order number is clearly stated. Please return the goods to us within 7 working days of taking delivery.

We recommend that you use insured and signed for carrier or post as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
In addition, international returns (e.g. USA and Canada) must have completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box "OTHER" ticked and the declaration should state "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC"

  • Exchange or store credit only
  • Returns accepted for 14 days on full price items
  • Returns accepted for 7 days on sales goods for exchange only

We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods, providing they are returned with proof of purchase within 14 days in the condition they were purchased*.

Sales goods can be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days, for an exchange only.

BLUE. HOME (IN STORE ONLY)

  • We do not accept returns on large items of furniture. 
  • Exchange or store credit only on smaller items, including soft furnishings, home decor and gifts. 

We cannot accept returns on items purchased from our furniture department. Please be sure you have measured correctly, as this will not be a valid reason for return.
