Due to the wide range of brands that we stock at Blue the size guide varies significantly - we are always happy to help with measurements if you get in touch to help you make the right decision.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to show in your account. We ask that you are patient as some banks may take longer to process the refund than others. If you do not receive your refund after this time window has exceeded, please do not hesitate to get in touch. 

We don’t offer a standard ‘exchange’ procedure for online orders. We advise that if you wish to exchange an item that you return the item to us and order the desired item. We will issue your refund promptly when we receive your return. Please note this does not apply to in-store purchases - you are welcome to exchange items purchased in-store within 2 weeks or 7 days for an exchange only for sale items. 

Please package up your return and pop it in the post. No need to let us know that you are returning your item, we will issue your refund as soon as we receive it - don’t forget to enclose your packing slip or we wont know who its from! Be sure to keep your tracking number handy so that you can track its progress as it makes its way back to us. You must dispatch the return within 7 days of receipt for it to be accepted. 

Don’t panic! Parcels can be delayed or misdelivered occasionally - we recommend checking with nearby neighbours before deciding that it’s lost. Of course if it doesn’t turn up please do get in touch.
